Master of Performing Arts (Drama)

This programme offered with 56 credit the duration of the course is 3 semesters minimum and 8 semesters maximum. Candidates will able to organise an effective research works in drama & theatre, have some view and opinions on modern and contemporary Malaysian Drama. Candidates will also organise a production in one of the theatre discipline such as producer, production manager, artistic director, director, scenographer, stage manager, technical director, artist, researcher or educationist.

Candidates also have the opportunity to practice guided reading, performance reviews and discussions so as to enhance their understanding of the functions, concepts and the philosophies of western and eastern theatre and drama.
